Individual and sport specific assessments are conducted, dictating the training regimes required to enhance the abilities of each and every player/athlete.

Injury prevention is at the forefront of our training systems, as being ex-professionals, we at Potentia understand how players feel when they are injured and unable to participate in games and training. We recognise the value of athletic fitness to player, club and agent, which is why all our methods focus around injury prevention and good movement quality.

We look at what stage of game readiness each player is currently at, then implement a combination of our innovative training programmes combined with conventional training to improve sport performance while reducing injury likelihood.
